The Cancer Support Group provides an opportunity to meet other adults affected by cancer online. You can chat, share information and support each other. Everyone is welcome including patients, their family, friends and carers. Each session includes time for conversation, sharing experiences or just listening. The group is facilitated by two support and information specialists.

When?

The group meets online on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 12.30 to 2pm.

The Haematology Support Group provides an opportunity for adults affected by a blood cancer or blood condition to meet online to share information, ask questions of specialist staff and support each other. Everyone is welcome, including patients, family members, friends and carers. The group is facilitated by a haematology counsellor, a volunteer and a support and information specialist.

When?

The group meets online on the second Wednesday of each month from 5.30 to 7.30pm.

The Penile and Urethral Support Group is a monthly online support group for people affected by penile or urethral cancer, including family members, carers and friends. It provides a safe space to talk to others, share experiences or simply listen. The group is facilitated by a support and information specialist and a clinical nurse specialist.

The group meets online on the first Tuesday of each month from 12pm to 1.30pm

The Bladder Cancer Support Group is a monthly support group for people affected by bladder cancer, including their family members, carers and friends. It provides a safe space to talk to others, share experiences or simply listen, and there are guest speakers invited for the first part of the session every other month.

When?

The group meets every third Thursday of the month from 12pm - 1.30pm. There is no support group in December.

The Head and Neck Cancer Support Group is a support group for anyone affected by a head and neck cancer, including their family members, carers and friends. It provides an opportunity to meet healthcare professionals and other patients to talk, share experiences, ask questions or offer advice.

The Chinese Cancer Support Group is a monthly support group for Chinese-speaking people who have a cancer diagnosis, as well as their friends, family and carers.
